8.	Special Instruction		a. All terms and conditions stated in the Public Procurement Act (PPA)-2006 and the Public Procurement Rules-2008 shall remain valid. b. If there are more than 1 lowest responsive tender then 1 tenderer among them will be Selected as per Public Procurement (2^nd Amendment) Act – 2006 and PPR.2008. c. General qualification of document:- The tenderer must have the following documents that should have to submitted with the tender document. i) Attested copies of VAT registration & TIN certificates. ii) Attested copies of valid trade license.
9.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason Whatsoever. Interest tenderer may obtain further information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/Treasury chalan/Bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the openings of tenders.
