LCS specific particular conditions of contract. Contract agreement and LCS
sub-contract labour schemdule of rates to be included in the tender doeuments
and in the notice it is to be mentioned that the Tenderers are only
responsive if they have attended eightr the pre-tender meeting or the LCS
sub-contracting training for the contractors or have implemented an LCS
sub-contract tender succcessfully. |
