1. Work order will be given after getting approval from the competent

Authority.

2. Payment will be made to the contractor subject to the availability of

fund against the Project.

3. Tender schedule purchase money receipt (original) should be attached

with the dropping tender

4. The bidder quoted his bid in item wise.

5. The bidder should followed Tender data sheet & all related papers of (c)

evaluation & qualification criteria of Tender data sheet should be

attached with Tender.

6. For fair face of structure steel shutter must be used in all kinds of RCC

casting.
