Information for Tender |
a. The tenderer should submit the tender document in sealed
condition. b. All terms and
conditions stated in the Public Procurement Act (PPA)-2006 and ''The Public
Procurement Rules-2008 shall remain valid c. The cost of
tests for materials & others as required by the technical specification
should be included
in the quoted rates. No additional payment will be made for those tests. d. If there are
more than 1 lowest responsive tenderer than 1 tenderer amoung then will be selected
as per Public Procurement (2nd Amendment) Act 2006 and PPR 2008. e. General
qualification of documents. The tenderer must have
the following documents that
should have to be submitted with the tender documenst (i) Attested copies
of VAT registration & TIN certificates
(ii) Attested copies of trade license. f. The tenderer must submit of the above mentioned work
certificate with the tender documents
from the concerned Executive Engineer/authority. g. Payment of
civil works will be made by receiving fund available. h. Registered
Bangladeshi bonafide contractors who have either
attended the pre-tender meeting or
LCS sub-contractor training for the contractors or have implemented an
LCS
sub-contract tender successfully. i. As the scheme will be implemented through
LCS as sub-contractor under traditional contractor,
LCS specific Particulars Conditions of Contract, Contract Agreement & LCS
sub-contract
labour schedule of rates are included in the tender
documents. j.
Implementation work must be finished within stipulated time and no
time extension will be allowed after April, 2012. |

Tender shall be valid for a period of One Hundred
Twenty (120) days after tender opening
and must be accompanied by the Tender Security specified above. Interested Tenderer may obtain further information from the office
of the undersigned and purchase the Tender Documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The Tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed
to attend the opening of Tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |
