authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The
authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |

rejected if quoted amount of tender is more than 5% (Five) above or 5% (Five)
less than the estimated amount.
