The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh 24th March 2010 ) from JAPAN INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION AGENCY (hereinafter referred to
as JICA). In the amount of Yen towards the cost of South-Western Bangladesh

6. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after
bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above.
Interested tenderer may obtain further

the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives
are allowed to attend the opening tenders. The authority reserves right to
accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning any reasons
whatsoever.
