Eligibility of tenderer |
|
i)
The Minimum period of general
experinece in construction works shall be 5 (five) years. |
|||
|
|
|
|
|
ii)
The minimum specific experience as
prime contractor or subcontractor of management contractor in construction
works of at least one contract of similar nature (construction of
multi-storied building), complexity and methods/ construction technology
successfully completed in full or in eighty percent (80%) at the time of tender
submission or within the last 5(five) years, with a value of at least BDT 305
(Three hundred five) lacs. |

(iii)
The required average annual
turnover shall be greater than BDT 515 (Five hundred fifteen) lacs over the
last 5(five) years. Audited Balance sheet for last 3(three) years to be
provided. |
||
|
|
|
|
|
(iv)
The minimum amount of free funds
(liquid assets) and /or credit facilities net of other Constractual
commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be BDT 129 (One hundred
Twenty nine) lacs. |
||
|
|
|
|
|
(v) Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender
documents. |
