The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. If the Quoted Tender Price Varies (Above/Less) More Than 5% (Five Percent) From The Estimated Cost. The Tender Shall Be Rejected. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
