8. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the Tender Security specified above. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. Interested Tenderer may obtain further information from office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash /treasury chalan / bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorised representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.

9. If the Quoted amount of the lowest tenderer more than once then the tenderer will be selected by Lottery. The Lottery will be held on 7-03-2013 in the office of the undersigned at 3.30 PM.

10. If the Quoted amount will be above/below more than 5% of the estimated Cost then the Tender will be rejected.

11. Special Instructions:

1. Payment will be made to the Contractor subject to the availability of fund against the Project.

2. Tender schedule purchase money receipt (original) should be attached with the dropping tender.

3. For fair face &b leak proof Casting of Structure, Steel Shutter must be used in all kinds of RCC casting

12. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders without assigning any reason to Tenderer

Action may please be taken for sending 4(four) copies of each news paper to the office of the undersigned as early as possible. Bill will be paid whenever fund available.
