Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the updated enlisted contractors of LGED as defined in the tender documents for the under mentioned works as per terms and conditions stated below:

5	Date, time and place of opening of tender		:	Date: 15-06-2011, 3.00pm Office of the undersigned only.

6. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury challan / Bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

7. The tendered price should not be more less than 5% or more above than 5% of the official estimated cost, otherwise the tender will be rejected. (Ref: PPR 2^nd amendment-2009).

8. For same tendered price tenderer shall be selected with open lottery.
