During office hour (except holiday).

2. Name & Places of the Office(s), receiving tender documents:

(iii) Office of the Police Super, Dinajpur.

(iv) Office of the Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Birampur, Dinajpur.

Tender will be opened at the above mentioned time with the present tenderer (if present).

3. The Highest amont will be accepted 30% of quate amount shall be enclosed with the tender documents as tender securiy of than 25% amount will be kept as security. If tenderer not clearlly hat properly ant if any destroy will done than office will do this work by adjust to be from 5% security amount. Amount will be refunded to the tenderer after one year. Rest amount will be pay within 7 (seven) day after geting the approval. If tenderer fall to pay the rest amount within the deadline, tender will be rejected.

4. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
