Tender shall be valid
for a period of 60(sixty) days after
bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security as specified above.
Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the
undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank
draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized
representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reason whatsoever. |

the region is ineligible for this tender. |

If quoted amount becomes
more than 5% less or above than the Engineering Estimate then the tender
shall be summarily rejected. |

10 |
Bidder shall attach the
copy of the enlistment (blue book) along with the tender as a proof of
renewed enlistment for 2012-2013. |

11 |
The tender Security will be submitted in the form of
Pay order or Bank draft only. Other form of tender security will not be
accepted. |

12 |
Payment
of work will be made subject to the available of fund. |
