in the form of either Payment Order or Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee for
Tender Security from any Schedule Bank in favour of The Mayor, Gazipur Pourashava, Gazipur and must be delivered in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers |

are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. |

The
authority reserves the right to accept any tender, or to accept any part of
the tender, or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason
thereof and in such case no compensation will be entertained. |
