	INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
22	Eligibility of tenderer	i.	The Minimum period of General experience in Civil construction/Earth works shall be 5 (five) years.
		ii.	The Minimum specific Experience as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, with a value of at least BDT 14.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/RS/BAR-21, BDT 72.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-22(01) & BDT 72.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-23(02).
		iii.	The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 12.20 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/RS/BAR-21, BDT 63.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-22(01) & BDT 63.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-23(02) over the last 5 (five) years. Audite Balance sheet for last 5 (five) years [2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011 & 2011-2012] to be provided.
		iv.	The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) and/or credit facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be BDT 9.42 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/RS/BAR-21, BDT 48.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-22(01) & BDT 49.00 Lac for Package No-SWBRDP/UZR/BAR-23(02). The certificate showing credit facility should be issued by the Bank with the period from date of publidhing IFT to the date of Tender submission.
