Tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the
opening of tenders. |

in the public Procurement Regulation (PRP) 2008, with its all revision for
procurement of work will be binding upon the contractors |

The total Quoted amount by
the contractor Must not be less or above than 5% of the official estimate,
otherwise the tender shall be rejected. |
