The eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons what soever. This invitation for tender is available on the website www.lged.gov.bd
9.	Default Contractor’s will not be allowed to be partificipated in this work.
10	If there is any Unavoidable Circumstances on Tender Closing day (25-04-2013)the deadline of submission of tender will be shifted following day.
