or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of
tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |

contractor’s quoted total tender price is above or less than 5% of the
official estimate as defined in tender documents. |
