CORRIGENDUM FOR TENDER NO.20/2010-2011.

As per instruction from World Bank as amendment has been made in “Information of Tenderer” regarding Eligibility of Tenderer for Tender Notice No.20/2010-2011 as follows:-

Present Corrected Criteria

i. The Minimum period of general experience in construction works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Building construction work of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least 320 (Three Hundred Twenty) Lacs Taka. iii. Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 540 (Five hundred Forty) lacs Taka over the last five years. iv. Minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 150 (One Hundred Fifty) lacs. v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.

i. The Minimum period of general experience in construction works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific experience as prime contractor or subcontractor of management contractor in construction works of at least one contract of similar nature (construction of multi-storied building), complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed in full or in eighty percent (80%) at the time of tender submission or within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 320 (three hundred twenty) lacs. iii. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 540 (Five hundred forty) lacs over the last five years. Audited Balance sheet for last 3 years to be provided. iv. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be 150 (One hundred fifty) lacs. v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.

Besides this, some amendment in the clause no. 12.3(a), 12.3(b), 13.1(a) and 13.1(b) of the Tender Data Sheet of “Instruction to Tenderer” for Package No. LGED/ECRRP/PAT/10-11/NW-04 has been attached. All other Terms & Conditions will remain unchanged.
