	INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
22	Eligibility of tenderer	i.	The Minimum period of General experience in Civil construction/Earth works shall be 5 (five) years.
		ii.	The Minimum specific Experience as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, with a value of at least BDT 400.00 Lac .
		iii.	The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 620.00 Lac over the last 5 (five) years. Audite Balance sheet for last 5 (five) years [2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011 & 2011-2012] to be provided.
		iv.	The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) and/or credit facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be BDT 155.00 Lac. [Only the amount supported by the Bank statement, savings instrument(s) and lines of credit, if any, will be taken into account]. The certificate showing credit facility should be issued by the Bank with the period from date of   publidhing IFT to the date of Tender submission.
		v.	Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
