22	Eligibility of Tenderer		i. The Minimum period of general experience in construction works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Building construction work of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least 320 (Three Hundred Twenty) Lacs Taka. iii. Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 540 (Five hundred Forty) lacs Taka over the last five years. iv. Minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 150 (One Hundred Fifty) lacs. v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
