Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days
after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified
above. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of
the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/
bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized
representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reasons whatsoever. |

The Tender Security along with non-responsive
Tender will be refunded after
evaluation by the TEC as it is non-responsive others tender security will be
refunded after signing agreement with the lowest bidder and approved by the
procuring entity. |

If the quoted rate of a tenderer is more than or less than 5% of the Official
Estimated Amount, then the tender shall be rejected as per the public
procurement Act.2009(2nd Amendment.) |
