The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received an ODA loan (Bd-P64 dated 24th March 2010) from JAPAN INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION AGENCY ( hereinafter referred to as JICA), in the amount of Yen towards the cost of South-Western Bangladesh Rural Development Project, and intends to apply “a portion of” the loan to payments under the contracts for civil works (The “Works” ).
