26.	Special Instructions.	1. Work order will be given after getting approval from the competent authority (If necessary) 2. Payment will be made to the contractor subject to the availability of fund against the Project. 3. Tender schedule purchase money receipt (original) should be attached with the dropping tender 4. If the bidder quoted his bid/tender price more than 5% (five percent) less or above than the official estimated cost, then the bid/tender shall be summarily rejected as per public procurement (2^nd amendment) act,s 2009. 5. Tender will be evaluated asper Bidding Document as well as per PPR 2008 and next amendment (2^nd amendment) 2009. 6. Only renewed for FY 2012-13 withing Bogra Region, LGED (District: Sirajganj, Pabna, Bogra & Joypurhat ) tenderer ( for LTM upto 2 crore) shall participate in the tender and photo copy of renewed license book / Treasary Chalan for renewal shall be attached with the tender.
