authority representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. If the
tenderer have quoted rate above or less than 5%(Five percent) than the official
estimated cost the tender will be rejected. The authority reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
