Tender shall be valid
for a period 120 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by the
tender security specified above. Interested tenderer
may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and
purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury Chelan/ bank draft from the
places mentioned above. The tenderer or their
authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening Tenders, The
authority Reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reasons whatsoever. If the Tender Price of a Tender
exceeds more than 5%(five Percent)or less than 5%
(five Percent) from the approved estimated cost. The Tender shall be
rejected. |
