tender or their authorised representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to
accecpt or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |
9. According to the Gazette published on
18-08-2010 of PPR-2008,Rules no -24,Clause -19(revised): The tendered price
should
not be more than Five (5%) percent less or above than the
official estimated cost .Failing which the tender shall be rejected
