bid/Tender price more than
5% (Five Percent) Less or more than
5% (Five Percent) above than the
official estimated cost, then the bid/Tender shall be rejected as per public procurement (2nd
amendment) act’s 2009.This invitation
for tender is available at the website www.lged.gov.bd If the responsive lowest tenderer is more
than one, then Contractor will be selected by Lottary
and in that case Lottary will be held on 16
September’
