4. Tenders
will be invited through the International Competitive Bidding limiting to
member countries (ICB/MC) procedures specified in the Islamic Development
Bank’s Guidelines June 2005: Procurement
of Goods and works open to all Tenderer from
Member Countries as defined in the Tender Documents.

6. Qualification requirements include average annual
construction turnover for the last five years, experience of one similar nature
of works completed within the last five years, equipment, key personnel, liquid
assets and legal status of the Tender and each partner of the joint ventures as
stated in the Tender documents. A margin of seven and half percent domestic
preference for eligible national Tenderers / joint venture of national
Tenderers shall be applied.

Executive Engineer, LGED, District: Cox’sbazar, Tel:.0341-64218 of a non refundable fee of
Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) 10,000.00 per
set. The method of payment will be in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft
in favour of the Executive Engineer LGED,

Electronic Tender shall not be permitted. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened physically in the
