valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by
the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further
information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender
documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above.
The tender or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the
opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |

The tender will be
rejected if the total tender price quoted more than 5% less or above of the
official estimated cost. |

Bill for earth
work will also be paid with final bill. |
| 10 |
Cost of salvage
amount will be treated as fixed amount. |

VAT & IT will
be deducted over gross bill amount. |
| 12 |
Payment will be
made as per availability of Fund & Satisfactor Lab. Test Result. |

If the Contractor
used construction equipments of LGED, Rent will be deducted as per LGED Rate
Schedule |
