mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed
to attend the opening Tenders, The authority Reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. If
the Tender Price of a Tender exceeds more than 5%(five
Percent)or less than 5% (five Percent) from the approved estimated cost. The
Tender shall be rejected. |
