7. If
the tenderer offer prices 5% more or less than the official estimated cost as
mentioned in the BOQ, the tender will be summarily rejected.
8.
The
tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Bank draft
infavour of the Executive Engineer, LGED,
Jhenaidah, failing which the tender will be rejected.
9.
The bill of the work will be paid after the availability of fund.
10. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90
days after Tender opening and must be
accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested
tenderer may obtain further information
from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in
cash/treasury chalan/bank draft
from the places mentiuoned above. The
tenderer of their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening
of tenders. The authority
reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
