8. According to the Gazette published on 09-12-2009 as
PPR-2006 Rule’s 19(1a) Sub-Clause-1. The tender price should
not be more than 5%
(Five Percent) Less or 5% (Five Percent) above
than the Official
Estimated cost failing which the tender shall be
rejected.
9. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120
days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified
above. Interested tenderers may obtain further information
from the office of the
undersigned and purchase
the tender documents in
cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer
or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. If the tender amount is more than 5% less or above from the
estimated cost than the tender will be rejected. The authority reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reasons whatsoever.
