Tender shall be valid for a period of 60 days for
after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified
above. Interested tenders may obtain further information from the office of
the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan for
the places mentioned above. If the Quoted rate of the Tender is more than 5%
Less/Above with respect to Official rate. Than the Tender will be rejected. The
tendered or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening
of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |
