Eligibility of Tenderer |
i. The minimum period of General experience in construction works shall be
5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific Experience as a prime contractor or sub
contractor or management contractor in Building construction works of at
least One (1) no. contract of similar nature, complexity and
methods/construction technology succesfully completed with in the last 5
years with a valu of at least Tk-322 (Three hundred twenty
two) lacs. iii. Required Annual average construction turnover shall be greater than Tk-545
(Five hundred Forty five) lacs over the last five years. iv. Minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) and/or credit facility net
other contractual commitments of the successful tenders shall be Tk. 136 (One hundred thirty Six) lacs v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document. |
