above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives may attend the opening
of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Note : CDR/SDR/NSR or any other form instead of Bank Draft
will not be allowed as tender security.
