Eligibility of
tenderer |
i. The Minimum period of General Construction experience in construction works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The Minimum specific
Experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in Building construction works
of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, complexcity and methods/construction technology successfully
completed with in the last 5(five)
years with a velue of at least 355 (Three Hundred Fifty Five) Lac Taka. iii. Required average annual construction
turnover shall be greater than 595 (Five Hundred Ninety Five) lac Taka over the last five years. iv. Minimum amount of free fund (Liquid Asset) and/or credit facility
net of other contractual commitments of
the successful tenderer shall be Tk. 150 (One Hundred Fifty) lacs. v. Other qualifiactions as mentioned in the tender document. |
