Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days
after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified
above. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. Interested Tenderers may
obtain further information from of the undersigned and purchase the tender
documents in cash/treasury Chelan /bank
draft from the places mentioned
above. The Tenderers or their authorised representatives are allowed to
attend the opening of tenders. The tender(s) quoted more than 5% above/below
the estimated cost shall be rejected in accordance with the PPR-2009 (revised).
If the quoted amount of the lowest tenderers more than once then the
tenderers will be selected by lottery. Enlisted/Renewed Contractor License of
LGED shown during the purchasing period of Tender document. |
