8	Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The the LGED enlisted tenderers (FY-2013-14) may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons what soever.This invitation for tender is available on the website www.lged.gov.bd
9	If there is any Unavoidable Circumstances on Tender Closing day (17-02-2014)the deadline of submission of tender will be shifted following day.
10	If there is tie in the tender the contractor will be selected by conducting lottary & in that case,lottary will be held on 20-02-2014 on 11.00 AM at conference room,LGED,Madaripur.
