valid for a period of 60 days
after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified

bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized
representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reason whatsoever. If
any tenderer offer prices 5% more or less than the official estimated cost as
mentioned in the BOQ, the tender will be summarily rejected. This invitation for
