shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be
accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the
office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury
chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their
authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The
authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reasons what soever.This invitation for tender is available on the website www.lged.gov.bd. |

Work
order will be given after getting approval from the competent Authority(If
necessary) |

Payment
will be made to the contractor subject to the availability of fund against
the project |

Tender
Schedule purchase money receipet (Original) should be attached with the
dropping tender. |
|

iv. |
If
the bidder quoted his bid/Tender price more than 5%(Five Percent)Less or
above than the official estimated cost,then the bid/Tender shall be summarily
rejected as per public procurment(2nd amendment)act’s 2009. |

v. |
Tender
will be evaluate as per PPR-2008 and next amendment(2nd
amendment)2009 |

vi. |
Only
enlisted Tenderer(for LTM upto 2 crore)of Faridpur Zone
(Faridpur,Madaripur,Rajbari,Gopalgonj and Shariatpur District)Shall
Participate in the tender and photo copy of the updated (For FY-2013-2014)enlistment
book or enlistment fee treasury challan ahall be attached with the tender. |

authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reasons what sover. |

If
there is any Unavoidable Circumstances on Tender the selling, receiving and
date the deadline of submission of tender will be shifted the following day. |

If there is tie in the tender the
contractor will be selected by conducting lottary & in that case,lottary
