The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons what soever. 9	If there is tie in the tender the contractor will be selected by conducting lottary & in that case,lottary will be held on 12-06-2014 at 11.00 AM.
