6.	Date, time and place of opening of tender	:	Date: 24 May’ 2014, Time: 03:00 pm and Place: Office of the undersigned.

7. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Payment for the certified works will be made only on the basis of availability of requisite fund from the Project Director, CMMP, LGED. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/ treasury Challan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
