Tender shall be valid for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The tenderer or their authorized re-presentatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
