(a) The tender should submit the
tender document in scaled condition (b) All terms and condition stated in
the public procurement Rules-2008 Shall remain
valid. (c) The cost of tests for materials
& other as required by the technical Specification
should be including in the quoted rates no additional payment will be
made for
those tests. (d) Tenders submitted more than 5%
less or more than 5% above of the estimated
cost will be treated as non-responsive. (e) If there are more than 1 lowest
responsive tenderer then 1 tenderer amount them
will be selected as per public procurement Rules PPR-08 (f) General qualification of documents:The tenderer must have the following
following documents that should have to be submited with the tender document. (g) Attested compies of Valid
Trade licence, VAT registration, TIN Certificates, Nationality
Certificates, Business Address & Contractor Elinstment Licence. (h) The tenderer must submit of the
above mentioned work certificate with
the tender documents from the concerned Upazila Engineer/authority. |

Tender shall be valid for a period of
60 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security
specified above. Interested tenderers may obtain further Information from the
office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The
tenderer or their authorized representative are
allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons
whatsoever. |
