ITT Cause No. 14.4 the tender price should be more than 5% (Five Percent) or
less than 5% (Five Percent) of the official estimated cost. Failing which the
tender shall be rejeceted. |

bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above.

representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without
