Tender shall be valid for a period of 90
days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security
specified above. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the
office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury
chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their
authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The
tender will be rejected if the total tender price came more than 5% less or
more than 5% above of the official estimated cost as per
amendment of PPA’2006 published in Bangladesh Gazette, July 18’ 2010
(Reference amendment of Section 19 of Act’ 24, 2006). The Contractors
enlisted to Patuakhali Region are eligible to apply. The enlistment should be
updated. The authority reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
