INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT
16.	Brief Description of the Assignment		Construction of Bangladesh Mohila Samity Complex Building for the under Privileged Women in the Society Project is being under LGED. So, LGED now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Experienced Consulting Firm (National) for the following purposes: (a) To verify the structural design and cost estimate of the Construction work of Bangladesh Mohila Samity Complex Building for the under Privileged Women in the Society and prepare recast structural design and cost estimate if any modification needed as per technical needs. (b) To supervise and monitor the whole architectural, structural, plumbing, electrification etc. work of the project and ensure the required quality of the construction work. (c) To assist LGED in implementation of the project.
17.	Required Experience		The Consulting Firm shall have a general experience of at least 5 (five) years in supervision and monitoring of large/high rise building in Dhaka City. The EOI shall be submitted along with the following documents. (a) Background of the firm with brochures. (b) Summary of similar nature of works experience on the last 3 (three) years with assignment name/start date/ completion date including financial year. (c) Organization information, manpower having relevant experience and professional qualification.
