c) Educational Qualification Bachelor in Architecture from any recognized University of Bangladesh d) Experience & adequacy for the assignment: ·
Should have 5 (Five)
Years experience in different organization
relating to similar assignment. ·
Should have sound knowledge
on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of
Building and other infrastructure. ·
Should have knowledge on
using standard code of practice, BNBC, Dhaka Mohanagar Emarat (Nirman,
Unnayan, Shongrokhkhon & Oposharon) Bidhimala, Chittagong Mohanagar
Emarat (Nirman, Unnayan, Shongrokhkhon & Oposharon) Bidhimala and other
recent code of practices etc. ·
Should have IAB &
RAJUK Enlistment. ·
Computer proficiency in
2D & 3D Modeling by the application of appropriate software and Microsoft
Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point etc. e) Suitability: ·
Training in relevant
area. ·
Award/Certificate in
Architectural Drawing/Model competition.
·
Member of RAJUK and IAB. |

For outstanding Candidate the experience criteria may be relaxed. The
Superintending Engineer (Design) LGED
now invites eligible Applicants to apply for the positions. Applicants
are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to
perform the services (complete CV with other details as required as per the
Application Forms). Consultants
will be selected using the selection of individual consultant sub-method in
accordance with the Public Procurement
Rules 2008. It is expected that the services will be commenced on 15th
December 2015. Interested
Candidates are requested to submit their expressions of interest in
accordance with the standard Application Forms (PS4, August 2009, Standard
Request for Application) which may be obtained from the office of the
undersigned during normal office hours. A complete set of “Request for
Application” including Term of Reference may also be obtained from the office
of the undersigned. Expressions of Interest shall be submitted by 2.00 PM on 23/11/2015, in sealed envelope delivered to Superintending Engineer (Design) and be clearly marked “Request for Expressions of Interest for Selection of Individual Consultant” including name of the post. The Client reserves the right
to accept or reject any/all Expression of Interest (EOIs). |
