PMU issued a letter to PE to expedite the process on 09-11-2025. Now, Land Acquisition Proposal (LAP) is being prepared by CuCC and will be submitted to DC office shortly.
On the other hand, the Topo & Geo survey has been done.

Land Acquisition revised proposal for 15 acres sent to the Ministry on 06-02-2025 for administrative approval for the UDCGP Subproject. PE is asking for an approval letter from PMU for 15 acres of land acquisition. After submission of the acquisition proposal on 06-02-2025. Ministry Team inspected the site on 02-04-2025, and final approval from the LGRD Ministry was received on 21-09-2025. PMU issued a letter to PE to expedite the process on 09-11-2025. Land Acquisition Proposal (LAP) submitted to the DC office on 01-12-2025. Now, the DC Office is in the process of verifying the LAP.

Lastly, the Ministry of LGRD formed a committee on 22-10-2025 for the submission of reports after visiting the disputed location/spots. Again, the LGRD Ministry reformed the previous committee on 24-03-2026. But the committee has not yet commenced their works.
In DED, the master plan preparation is ongoing.
