Project Targets: The project will benefit among others: (a) 202.02 Lac residents of 329 Pourashavas; and (b) 103.5 Lac residents of 10 City Corporations. The population of these ULGIs are expected to benefit directly from the various activities to be funded through (a) ULGI supported health interventions, (b) employment for the urban poor and vulnerable including women, (c) improved local emergency services; and (d) improved municipal infrastructures in 339 participating ULGIs, which will become more capable of responding to health-related crises, disasters and climate shocks.
